Go deeper still, and you will cross oxygen-starved plateaus
and lands where no one lives.
If you truly encounter a red wall blocking your way,
mercury will hold up your true face to you—
both worlds are emptiness and mirage.
Most of the time, it simply keeps watch at an ordinary window.
It welcomes your gaze and your far-reaching looks to enter;
it does not welcome your words flung like stones.
If you do that, it will turn itself
into icicles, nails, daggers, or wasp stings
strewn across the ground—its weapons of self-defense.

往内再去，就到了冰封世界
通透得可以让你深刻理解晶莹的内核或者琥珀的前世
记住，你千万别忽略它平静水纹下的暗流
冬季是它的属相和归属
再往里走，你会穿越缺氧的高原和无人区
如果你真的遇到一堵红墙拦路
就会被水银提示你真实的面孔
两个世界都是空无和幻影
更多的时候它只是守着庸常的窗口
它欢迎你凝视和眺望的进入
它不欢迎你掷来石子一样的语言
倘若是这样，它会把自已变成
一地的冰锥、钉子、匕首或蜂刺
来做为自卫的武器

Li Yun, secretary-general of Anhui Provincial Writers Association, chief editor of Poetry Monthly, member of China Writers Association, student of the 33rd session of Lu Xun Literature Institute. His novels, poems and prose have been published or selected in many magazines and journals, to name a few: People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Journal of Literature and Art, People's Literature, October, Chinese Writers, Poetry, Fiction Monthly (Original Version), Literature Works, Selected Poems, Stars, Jiangnan, Green Breeze, Cao Tang, Beijing Literature, Yu Hua, Novel Forest, Chinese Poetry, Oasis, Section of Good Novels in Changjiang Literature and Art, Master, and Works and Contention etc. Some of his works have won prizes in People's Daily and People's Lit¬erature and were selected in a variety of yearbooks and anthologies. He was named as one of the top 10 National Poets in the 2019 Cover News "Hall of Fame". His novella entitled Big Fish in the Huai River has won Anhui Provincial Government Literature Prize. He has published a few poetry anthologies including Waterway, All From Sorrow and Joy, Great Changes and issued a couple of screenplays such as Silver Statue No. 6 and The Mountain Eagle Flies High (a project supported by the Publicity Department of Anhui Provincial Party Committee), etc. His other works include a novel entitled Datong in Dramatic Changes and a reportage A Grand River with Wide Waves (co-written).
李云，安徽省作家协会秘书长，《诗歌月刊》主编，中国作家协会会员，鲁迅文学院三十三届学员。曾有小说、诗歌、散文在《人民日报》《光明日报》《文艺报》《人民文学》《十月》《中国作家》《诗刊》《小说月报原创版》《作品》《诗选刊》《星星》《江南》《绿风》《草堂》《北京文学》《雨花》《小说林》《中国诗歌》《绿洲》《长江文艺·好小说》《大家》《作品与争鸣》等刊物刊发并选载。有作品在《人民日报》《人民文学》征文获奖并入选多种年鉴和选本，被评为2019 年度封面新闻“名人堂”全国十大诗人，中篇小说《大鱼在淮》获安徽省政府文学奖，出版诗集《水路》《一切皆由悲喜》《巨变》，发表电影剧本《山鹰高飞》( 安徽省委宣传部扶持项目)《第六号银像》等，出版长篇小说《大通风云》、长篇报告文学《一条大河波浪宽》( 与他人合作)。
